Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to Equilibrium Physiotherapy's Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Cancellation Policy.Appointments can be cancelled online up to 24 hours in advance. You can access your appointment and details of how to cancel via your booking confirmation email, or please contact us by phone or email. Cancellation notices must be received by Equilibrium Physiotherapy no later than 24 hours prior to your booked appointment time.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the booked appointment time) cannot be made via the online booking system. Please contact us by telephone or email to let us know if you can no longer attend or would like to re-schedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or non-attendance at appointments may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the advertised appointment cost, at the sole discretion of Equilibrium Physiotherapy. Repeated non-atendance or late cancellations may be subject to pre-payment requirements upon future bookings.
